To resize your photo follow the directions below:

1. Open your photo file in Microsoft Photo Editor.
2. Use the Zoom Control drop down to view your picture at 100%.
3. Click 'IMAGE' from the tool bar then choose RESIZE; this will bring up the Resize pop-up box.
4. Make sure 'UNITS' are shown as PIXELS.
5. Use the arrows to decrease the size to no larger than 350 width or height.
6. Click ok, save your picture as a new file.
7. Use the new resized photo when you upload.
